Returns Policy

We take pride in every order and want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase (s).  We provide and ship all orders with a Return Label for ease of returning and/or exchanging products.

 

Returns:

 

If you are not satisfied with your Run Like A Dog | Sprint. Breathe. Rest.® product, return the product with the original "return label" shipped with the product(s) you are returning. 

 

Products returned within 60 days of purchase, with proof of purchase (i.e. email Confirmation Order #; Receipt) with No damage, using the original "return label", will receive a full refund in the original payment method.

*If you do not use the original "return label" shipped with the product being returned, you are responsible for the additional shipping costs to return the item; additional shipping costs will be deducted from the amount credited to you. Depending on your original form of payment and/or bank, your return may take from 10 - 14 business days.

Exchanges: 

 

Simply return the item you wish to exchange using the return methods listed above, and order the product(s) you want. Once we receive the returned item(s), your original payment method will be credited. Depending on your original form of payment and/or bank, your return may take from 10 - 14 business days.
